These sessions are 100% about you and ideal for designing a program that addresses your unique needs, fitness and personal goals.
Private sessions are recommended if you are injured, recovering from injury, or have any health issues which require special attention when exercising. Private sessions are also the best way for absolute beginners to start a Pilates exercise programme to ensure you learn correct technique as quickly as possible.
My personal approach to private teaching is vital to help you focus on correct and effective technique. I can closely monitor your body alignment, adjust each movements, modify and progress your programme as you get stronger to enable you to find your full movement potential; and reach your goals!
What can you expect?
After an initial Pilates Screening I will create a focused programme tailored to your body. Your sessions, will be all about you, your needs and your goals: I will plan a programme which will work at the level and pace that is just right for you. The personal attention and bespoke programming means that you’ll progress further and faster, and see and feel the benefits sooner than you would in a class.

DYNAMIC REFORMER PILATES
The Dynamic Reformer workout combines the original Pilates method with strength training and athletic movement in a flowing dynamic way. Sessions can focus on compound movements: multi-joint movements that work several muscles or muscle groups at one time to accelerate results. We’ll fire up your deep stabiliser muscles, pelvis and core, as we do in Matwork Pilates but you can also expect isolated muscle exercises, higher reps, super-setting and more challenging spring tensions to help achieve that muscle fatigue ('burn'). You’ll feel the benefits much faster too, especially if you’re after athletic driven and sport specific results.
Private sessions are also suitable (and highly recommended!) for those individuals who require less impact on their joints, recovering from an injury or suffering from any pain limitations. I can tailor our sessions to have a more “clinical” approach and focus on low impact or rehabilitation movements.

MATWORK PILATES
Sessions take place in a private North London studio. All equipment will be provided (mat, blocks, weights, therabands, Pilates ring & overball).
