Service Description

Pay as you Go £12 per Class. Every Sunday 14h00-15h00 @ The Castle Climbing Centre. A specially designed Pilates class to improve your strength, flexibility, body control and core stability. This course is aimed at rock and indoors climbers of all levels and ability. Pilates is an essential training routine for climbers to increase trunk, pelvic and extremity strength, as well as endurance to aid with optimal performance.
